Personal Fitness Coaching

No matter what your goal, fitness level or experience in the gym, a little coaching never hurt (ask Roger Federer or Michael Jordan). Talk to an Fitness Coach and get the most from your time in the club!

 A Fitness Coach will review your health history, exercise history, and run you through a dynamic full body workout using a wide variety of moves and equipment. Get a good endorphin rush and feel what its like to workout with a trainer here at DDAC.

360 Fitness Game Plan

We offer packages of 60 and 30 minute one-on-one or couples workouts with Double Diamond Exercise Specialists

We feature a dedicated pilates studio and professional instruction from our specialists.

Pilates utilizes and benefits all of the components of fitness. Increase muscular strength and endurance, as well as flexibility. It has some elements of cardiovascular training because as you learn to breathe correctly, the blood flows more efficiently to the muscles.
